Biography: Michelle Durrant, MD is Board Certified by The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH where she also completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Durrant is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Following graduation from residency she practiced in Fort Wayne, Indiana for the last three years. She returned home to the Dayton area to be closer to family and friends.

Biography: Julia A. Boyd, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Boyd is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has been with South Town Family Practice and Premier Physician Network since October 2006.

Biography: Jeremy Crouch, MD graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Crouch specializes ob/gyn with a special interest in urogynecology, infertility and pelvic organ prolapse. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Dr. Reitz is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been with Premier Physician Network since 2000.

She completed her residency in the Wright State University Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Program. Dr. Myers is certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's in Rochester, New York and her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Metry is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has special interest in Women's Health and Diabetes. Biography: Elizabeth R. Swartzwelder-Cozad, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University. Dr. Swartzwelder-Cozad is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. She is board certified in family medicine.

Biography: Paul Jennewine, MD has been in practice in Middletown since 1997 and is board certified in internal medicine. He joined Middletown Medical Group after finishing his residency and receiving his medical degree at the University of Toledo Medical Center. A member of the American College of Physician and the Ohio State Medical Society, Dr. Jennewine also has served two terms as president of the Bulter County Medical Society and is the medical director of the Middletown Health Department. Dr. Jennewine currently lives in Middletown with his wife and three daughters.
