Biography: Walter Reiling, III, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and of the University of Cincinnati Medical School. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Reiling is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Reiling has been associated with Premier Health Family Care -North since 1992.

Biography: Geetha Ambalavanan, MD, FAAFP is a board certified family physician providing comprehensive primary health care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention. Her special interests includes lipid management, smoking cessation and sleep disorders, in addition to chronic disease management. She has been with Premier Physician Network since 2007.

Biography: Joseph S. Leithold, MD has been in practice in Beavercreek since 1996. After spending the beginning of his career as a physician's assistant, Dr. Leithold decided to attend Wright State University's School of Medicine to become a physician. Dr. Leithold - who prefers his patients call him Dr. Joe - completed his internship and residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania, then returned to provide family practice care to the Dayton area. Biography: Richard Davis II, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Davis completed an adult reconstruction fellowship at the Southern Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Davis specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has participated in medical mission trips to Tanzania, Africa and Juarez, Mexico. Dr. Davis sees patients in his Middletown office.

Biography: Dr. Buck is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. He completed his family medicine residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. Dr. Buck also completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship through Wright State University-Kettering Medical Center. Dr. Buck is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, American Academy of Family Physicians, and Ohio Academy of Family Physicians.
