Care Philosophy: My medical practice provides care for patients with acute and chronic infections including but not limited to, HIV, Hepatitis B and C, Sexually transmitted diseases, bone and joint infections, lung and heart infections, skin and soft tissue infections, gastrointestinal infections and diarrheas, post surgical and post transplant infections and other body system infections. Services also includes international travel counseling, pre-travel immunizations and vaccines, intravenous (IV) infusions.

Biography: Dr. Squires completed his fellowship in June 2003 at the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland. During his fellowship, he received a Masters of Health Sciences in Clinical Research from Duke University as part of the NCI Clinical Scholars Program. He was also involved in clinical trials with tumor-targeted therapies.Prior to his fellowship, he completed his Internal Medicine residency and medical school at the University of Utah. During medical school he was elected into the AOA medical honor society.He decided to become a cancer doctor in 1993 when, prior to graduating from Brigham Young University as valedictorian, he discovered his own cancer. As a cancer survivor (leukemia '93-96), he offers his patients a unique perspective as he compassionately helps them and their families through challenging times.
