Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. He is credentialed to offer the Uniknee™ replacement option to suitable candidates. Dr. Klosterman is a member of the UD Sports Medicine Staff. He is well respected in the Miami Valley and acts as the orthopaedic consultant to area high school and club athletic programs. Biography: Michael J. Griesser, MD received his medical degree from Wright state University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2006. Dr. Griesser completed an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Ohio State University in 2011. Dr. Griesser completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic in 2012. Dr. Griesser is board certified Orthopedic Surgery.

Biography: Richard Davis II, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Davis completed an adult reconstruction fellowship at the Southern Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Davis specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has participated in medical mission trips to Tanzania, Africa and Juarez, Mexico. Dr. Davis sees patients in his Middletown office.

Biography: Indresh Venkatarayappa, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Bangalore Medical College (India) and completed an orthopedic surgery residency T.N. Medical College (India). He also completed an orthopedic surgery internship and residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Venkatarayappa completed surgical training in the United Kingdom at MRCS Edinburgh and was fellowship trained in traumatology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and MRCS. He is board eligible in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Venkatarayappa specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the Member of Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK, a Candidate member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a Candidate member MID - America.

Biography: Charles W. Hall, MD, PhD graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2000. He completed his residency in Neurology at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Hall completed a fellowship in EEG/Epilepsy at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Hall received his PhD in Molecular and Cellular Physiology from the University of Cincinnati. He is board-certified in neurology.

Biography: Matthew Lawless, MD, is a graduate of the University of Louisville, and completed his residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Lawless completed a sports medicine fellowship at Methodist Sports Medicine Center in Indianapolis and is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Lawless specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine issues related to the knee including ACL surgery, meniscus and cartilage pathology, patellofemoral disorders, adult reconstruction, total and partial knee replacements and revision surgery. Dr. Lawless is the Director of Sports Medicine at Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine and team physician for Wright State University and Fairborn High School. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and Dayton Orthopaedic Society.

Biography: James Dunlap, MD, MBA, is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita in Wichita, KS. He went on to complete a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Dunlap is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for neck and back pain. He specializes in non-operative spine evaluation and treatment, emphasizing personalized, evidence-based approaches to restore mobility and improve quality of life.
