Biography: Dr. Koltz received his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and earned a masters degree in biology with a focus on molecular biology from the University of Maryland. Dr. Koltz completed his internal medicine residency training at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.

Biography: Dr. Saba is a board-certified physician and has been in practice for several years in northern Baltimore County. In 2008, he joined UM St. Joseph Medical Group and moved his practice to the campus of UM St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Saba offers expertise in preventive medicine as well as managing chronic diseases.

Biography: Dr. Pamela Lin isa graduate of Union College/ Albany Medical College Seven Year Accelerated Medical program and she hails from a family of doctors, but is proud to be the only family practice doctor in the family. Dr. Lin says, ``Though drawn to many different paths in medical school, I chose Family Medicine as I love caring for families and the endless possibilities of seeing patients of all ages.No two days are alike in my practice and it is a privilege to be a part of my patients families for decades.`` Dr. Lin'sinterests include preventive health/vaccines, womens health, adolescent medicine, and prevention of diabetes. She isactively involved with medical informatics/Epic electronic medical records and serveson University of Maryland Clinical Informatics workgroups. She feels this technology can be used to improve medical care for patients and encouragepatients to actively use patient portals to stay informed. Born in Ohio, Dr. Lin considers Richmond, Virginia, as her hometown and has lived in Towson since 2001. Sheworked in a community health center from 2001- 2004, but found her true medical home at Towson Medical Associates in November 2004.Shelives in the community where shepractices; her children attend public schools here in Towson.
