Biography: H. Takaji Kittaka, Jr., MD is a graduate of the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas, NV. He completed his family practice residency at Intermountain Health Care in Salt Lake City, UT. Dr. Kittaka has been practicing family medicine for more than twenty years.

Biography: Matthew Lawless, MD, is a graduate of the University of Louisville, and completed his residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Lawless completed a sports medicine fellowship at Methodist Sports Medicine Center in Indianapolis and is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Lawless specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine issues related to the knee including ACL surgery, meniscus and cartilage pathology, patellofemoral disorders, adult reconstruction, total and partial knee replacements and revision surgery. Dr. Lawless is the Director of Sports Medicine at Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine and team physician for Wright State University and Fairborn High School. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and Dayton Orthopaedic Society.

Biography: Brandon Horne, MD received his medical degree at Uniformed Services University, and completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Horne completed his fellowship at St Vincent's Medical Center (IN). Dr. Horne is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Biography: Katie Krebs, MD is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, OH where she completed her family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship. Dr. Krebs is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Krebs was a NCAA Division I student-athlete at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC where she competed in cross country and track and field. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita in Wichita, KS. He went on to complete a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Dunlap is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for neck and back pain. He specializes in non-operative spine evaluation and treatment, emphasizing personalized, evidence-based approaches to restore mobility and improve quality of life.
