Biography: William Morgan, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon providing surgical care to patients in Rochester, New Hampshire, at the outpatient surgery clinic at Frisbie Memorial Hospital and also serves as an acute care surgeon with Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Dr. Morgan has more than 20 years of experience performing laparoscopic, endoscopic, and traditional general surgical procedures.
