Biography: Dr. Renee Rolston is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM). Dr. Rolston is dual fellowship trained. Prior to joining WCM, Dr. Rolston completed fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at the University of Southern California. She then became an Assistant Professor in Gynecology and Urology at Albert Einstein-Montefiore Medical Center. After being in practice for a few years Dr. Rolston then completed a second fellowship in Transgender Surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Prior to her fellowship training Dr. Rolston completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Albert Einstein-Montefiore Medical Center. She received her medical degree from New York Medical College after completing an accelerated combined seven-year B.S./M.D Program. Dr. Rolston's clinical and research interests include pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, urinary incontinence, complex pelvic reconstructive surgery, and transgender surgery and care. Dr. Rolston has expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques which include vaginal, perineal, laparoscopic, and robotic approaches. Dr. Rolston is dedicated to alleviating health disparities within the urologic-gynecologic and transgender communities through education, advocacy, and community engagement. Dr. Rolston has presented her research in sexual dysfunction, painful bladder syndrome, and transgender surgery at a national level. She is also an active member of the American Urogynecologic Society and the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.

Biography: Dr. Steffanie Wright is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Originally from Southern California, she received her undergraduate and master's degrees in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from the University of Southern California. She received her medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. During medical school, she moved to New Orleans to complete her Master of Public Health degree from Tulane University. It was there that she discovered her passion for global health and international development. She subsequently returned to her alma matter to complete her residency training at the University of Southern California, the largest safety-net hospital in Los Angeles County. During residency, she served as Administrative Chief Resident. After graduation, she went on to complete her fellowship training in Complex Family Planning at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School.

Biography: Amrin Khander, MD, is an obstetrician and gynecologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medicine. She specializes in maternal-fetal and high-risk pregnancy care for women with co-existing medical conditions and performs deliveries and procedures at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. Dr. Khander has a clinical focus on providing a full scope of OB/GYN care to women with chronic or complex health conditions, including hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease or other gastrointestinal diseases, blood disorders, rheumatic disease, cancer, and neurologic disorders. She closely monitors the condition of both mother and baby throughout pregnancy and has advance knowledge of high-risk and complicated pregnancies. Active in research, Dr. Khander has been published in various medical journals, including the Journal of Hepatology and the Journal of Maternal Fetal Neonatal Medicine and has presented her research at annual medical conferences. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. After graduating from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, Dr. Khander served her residence at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. She completed her fellowship in obstetrics and gynecology and maternal fetal medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
