Each patient is reviewed by a multidisciplinary team of physicians and treatment plans are designed with patient input, using a shared decision making model. The HCM Center offers comprehensive HCM treatments including: medical therapy, defibrillator implantation, alcohol septal ablation and surgical septal myectomy. The HCM Center is also one of the first centers in the PNW to offer the recently FDA-approved novel HCM medication mavacamten (Camzyos®) through a comprehensive drug safety program.
