Dr. Costouros has spent his entire career in orthopaedic surgery devoted to the comprehensive treatment of shoulder disorders. He was named Chief of Shoulder Surgery for the Institute for Joint Restoration and Research after a decade at Stanford University as an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery. Prior to Stanford, Dr. Costouros was regional chief of shoulder surgery for Kaiser-Permanente Northern California.
