The best medical problem is one that is prevented with good sleep, diet and exercise. \n Quality of life is paramount in my practice. \n In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, son, daughter and dog. Getting outside is my happy place. Going to the beach and playing disc golf are the pastimes I enjoy.
