Dr. Nelson graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and received her medical degree from University of North Texas Health Science Center-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. During her time at UNTHSC-TCOM she also completed the ROME/Rural Scholars Program where she was named Rural Scholar of the Year in 2019. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Texas A&M-St. Joseph Hospital System in Bryan-College Station, Texas where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Nelson specializes in Family Medicine and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and Texas Osteopathic Medical Association. She provides care for newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. Her services include acute and chronic care of a wide variety of medical conditions and procedures including Osteopathic Manipulation Treatments, Women's Health, POC ultrasound, joint injections and minor surgical excisions. In her free time, Dr. Nelson enjoys traveling around the world, reading historical fiction, and visiting family in her hometown of Alvin, TX.

Dr. Jacinto Obregon firmly believes that listening and engaging with patients is the first step to receiving better results for them. He considers it a truth that preventive medicine and lifestyle medicine are the foundation for a healthy life.Dr. Obregon has been a family medicine physician since 2008. He is originally from Nicaragua where he started his preparation as a physician. After completing medical school, Dr. Obregon moved to the United States and trained at Texas Tech University in El Paso where he had the experience of treating various diseases from Latin America and the United States. He credits the excellent training he experienced there for making me a solid clinician.In El Paso Dr. Obregon worked in a private practice providing both urgent care and outpatient care. In 2017, he and his family moved to Central Texas. Here he has been practicing rural medicine for almost seven years. The community of Gatesville is a chapter of his professional career that is close to his heart.In his free time, Dr. Obregon explores the outdoors and enjoys going hiking with his family. He also practices CrossFit, a very humbling discipline that he feels constantly makes him better as an athlete and as a person.Dr. Obregon has the genuine call to serve others. He is excited to plant roots in the Georgetown community and learn from his patients as he continues to become an even better professional and person.

Saramma George, MD, is board certified in family medicine and geriatrics and received her Geriatrics Fellowship at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, Penn. Immediately following her geriatrics fellowship, she moved to Texas and began working with Scott & White in Waco. In Texas, Dr. George started a senior clinic, where she remained for eight years while serving as the medical director of Scott & White Skilled Nursing Facility. She then went on to work in skilled nursing facilities & inpatient rehab centers in the Austin area until she and her husband relocated to the Round Rock area. Dr. George considers geriatrics her heart and soul and enjoys clinical work and continuity of care. Apart from clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
