doctors great … scheduling awful
My wife and I have had experiences with 2 NW Gastroenterology doctors. We have been very pleased with our doctor experiences.However, scheduling for either doctor visits or tests is beyond terrible. No-one in scheduling ever answers a phone call or returns a message. I am 0/4 on return calls on different scheduling attempts over a matter of weeks. I am hoping someone from this office sees this review & is conscientious enough to try to resolve the problem. I am concerned that my wife may have a serious condition that is not being detected by this exceptionally poor responsiveness.
