Dr. Hersh was extremely friendly and professional. He explained everything in terms that were clear and easy to understand. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you Dr. Hersh!

The office staff are extremely rude. I left work early to make a first time appointment. I got caught waiting for train during rain storm and was 13 mins late. I was told when I arrived to the office sorry, you need to reschedule. There was no one in the waiting room. The front receptionist was condescending. I waited weeks for appt only to wait again for new appt with a DIFFERENT doctor while my condition worsened.

Dr. Hersh is terrific I had a Colonoscopy this morning and ot was over im the blink of an eye. After the procedure, Dr. Hersh explained all that he did and detail to resolution. What more can you ask for. As for NWCH, this is a hospital tht has matured over the past 20 years and in my opinion, the nurses, Anesthesiologist's and all involved are the best you can get. Feeling safe and healthy to day, thanks to the team at NWCH.

Besides being an excellent clinician, Dr. Hersh has an excellent "bedside manner". Meaning he is very kind,friendly and compassionate. He explains treatments and procedures at a level the normal person can understand. Thankfully, I have only seen Dr. Hersh for office visits relating to having a colonoscopy performed. After the procedure he gave me photos and a write up of the procedure, for my files and to help me see what is going on in those intestines of mine.
