Impossible to get them to answer the phone
Telehealth
Impossible to get them on the phone. DAYS of phone tag every time I try to make an appointment. They call you from a different number and as soon as I realize it's them and call the office back, straight to voicemail and I'm waiting another day for a return call. Even when I leave a voicemail saying please just schedule me an appointment and I will be sure to make it work.

Doesn't hear or answer calls
Telehealth
Hello, I have been a patient of Dr. Lodhi for more than two years and the few appointments he has given me, even though I have lupus and lupus nephritis, he does not listen to my problems, nor does his office respond to calls to change appointments, you must go in person because even if you leave messages they don't call you back and I tell him that I had a reaction to some medication and he's still calling for an appointment and they don't answer me, yesterday I had my first outbreak of lupus and I don't know what to do because I don't have a rheumatologist, he's a very bad professional

Incompetent
Interested in money, that's really all they care at this office. My health insurance had changed and he was not willing to take me, when I offered to pay our of pocket, after many years with him. I realized this needed to happen to move to a much better place where they actually care for the patient's well being. He used to tell me I needed to go there every month to give him a urine sample in order for him to charge me more and also get paid on a monthly basis. My new doctor tells me I don't have to be going there every month and I will still get my medication. Shame on businesses like Florida Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center, Dr. Abdul Lodhi. Exploitation of medical insurance benefits.

Needs his license revoked!
This Dr. has not taken good care of my Mother since day 1! He does not listen to her concerns and ignores her. She has been suffering in pain, he has not managed her pain or inflammation properly the entire time she has been seeing him! He does not appear to be educated with regards to the latest modern medicine to control RA! A complete waste of over a year or more with this doctor! As another patient commented 'go anywhere else but here', DITTO!!

Unprofessional
This review is solely for the nurse. She's extremely unprofessional. It's outrageous, i have privately spoken to the doctor about this in my last visit however i was not taken seriously. I could only hope someone makes a bigger stink than I did about her behavior. Professionalism is only difficult for those who aren't educated - this statement says a great deal about that nurse.

You wait for over an hour to be seen every single time, the office staff are beyond incompetent and clearly hate their jobs, you pay high copays because he's a specialist, but even if you get over two dozen tests done and many of them come back abnormal he says there's no real way to know what's wrong. What's the point of being a specialist on something if you don't know how to test for "your specialty"? He blatantly lies, he's very rude, he absolutely does not care about his patients, and he's apparently also horrible at literally the only thing he's supposed to be able to do. I've never disliked a doctor more in my life.

Horrible do not go here
This doctor worries about his money more then his patients. I have Been a patient for years and because of his office billing my insurance wrong I had a bill. I called my insurance and was told for them to re bill. They did not and because of that this doctor refused to see me. I’m on medication that I can’t stop cold turkey and he just doesn’t care. Unless I pay him which I can’t afford cause I don’t have the money he refuses to give me my medicine or see me. I am looking for a new doctor. Horrible way to treat a patient

You can never get a hold of anybody in the office to set up an appointment. Your primary doctor since over a referral and every time they say they don’t receive it. You never get to see the doctor in the office it’s always on the phone and the visit may last five minutes tops and all that he wants to do is refill a prescription that doesn’t work. The person that answers the phone or calls you back finally calls you back is very rude

Disappointing. 3 visits, 8 blood tubes, 15 xrays and yesterday’s visit he told my Mom “yes she has inflammation but if steroids mess with he blood sugar he can’t do anything else and recommends pain management”. What doctor doesn’t know steroids increase blood sugar measures??? So there is “nothing” else he can do for her? Maybe paying her radiology and labs bill? Do not go there. He will let you die if you are 79!

I do not want the day to pass without recognizing the very fast and efficient attention I was a beneficiary of this morning at about 11 o'clock when in less than two minutes the two ladies attending to the public with a smile handed in my next-appointment card and the laboratory work prescribed by the every kind Dr. Lohdi. Keep up the good work, Ladies!

Initial meeting when well, maybe 4 minutes in person . Told need blood work. Got it done. Set appointment for webconferance. Dr office told me that I needed to send them an authorization from my PCP. They said they received it but it was only good for the initial office visit. My PCP said it was good for up to four visits. I called the doctor back and told them. They said they would call my PCP. Monday morning came and went and they never called me and stood me up on my appointment. Three weeks of past and still have not heard a thing. So now I have a new specialist.

Dr. Lohdi is good and thorough, but good luck on getting anyone to answer the phone. You always have to leave a message. Very very seldom do you get a return call. Even Pharmacies do not get a call back.

I was referred to this Dr for my husband . After finally getting ahold of his staff, they scheduled a tele visit . They gave him an order for blood test and told them they would call to give him instructions for X-rays . Call never came and we could never get a hold of them. Left several messages and no call back. Finally got a call yesterday about his appointment for today. We never had an appointment and when asked about the X-rays they didn’t know anything about it. The lady sounded spaced out . I can never recommend a Dr you don’t have access to. No stars

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR TO ANYBODY! He has NO bedside manner; he gets you in quick and as many times as he can to get your money! He was very casual about my condition; didn't offer any solution, just gave me two pamphlets to read and then wanted me to come back in 6 months, which I will not do. He said I had just a little Osteoarthritis in my neck but after getting my results from the Imaging ctr, it stated that it was "severe".......this dr. also wanted $30 for my records
