Pleasing manners with meticulous and systematic approach to diagnosis. The doctor makes you understand why the medications are prescribed. He understands the limitations of the heart patients and guides them in practical weight reducing diet and exercises. Wonderful doctor.

I had a limited time for a TEE exam while in Dallas recovering from a stroke. Dr. Jacob was wonderful. Unfortunately, not his staff. I waited and waited for test verification . He had referred me to Dr. Lankipalli to conduct it. When I called Dr. Lankipalli's office to find out why I hadn't heard back, they said they never received the order. When I called my PCP to get the referral, they said they never received Dr. Jacob's notes. Office said they faxed both. Nether received. Had to leave.
