Egotistical
If you ask Orellano questions he sees it as being belligerent and refuses to listen to patient. If you are ok with that then you should definitely see him!

Even with this Covid-19 stuff, Dr. Alan Orellana, MD realized the urgency of my situation and took me in as a new patient. After spending well over an hour with me. And him calling other Doctors to see his fast they could take care if me, I admitted myself in the Hospital the next day. When he came to see me in the hospital, he sat in the chair leaned back and "visited" with me about what was going on.

He did lung biopsy on husband in July. Was suppose to make follow-up appointment after hospital discharge. Was never able to get appointment. September. 12 my husband was to have TAVR surgery at Presbytarian hospital in Alb. Day before took him to Mt. View ER, coughing up blood. After looking at x-ray, we were told Dr. Orellana saw no further damage, saw no reason for us not to go to Alb for the next day TAVR. Presbytarian heart surgeon postponed heart surgery because of the coughing up blood. Do not trust Dr. Orellana.
