Dr. Anthony Manilla, DO

Dr. Manilla was very good and very knowledgeable. He did my sinus surgery which I was very nervous about. It was pain free and his staff took very good care of me. They checked on me and made sure my follow up visits were scheduled out. My overall experience was good. I would recommend him and have already recommended him to others.

I went to see Dr. Manilla after he took over this practice. He had a somewhat harsh bedside manner and should probably learn some compassion in working with people who have had trauma from past surgeries. During my office visit, I told him I was having a hard time swallowing. A scope up my nose and down the back of my throat yet he never offered to numb it nor did he go very slowly. It was incredibly painful. I was very upset and he laughed at me and said I was ridiculous. I was shocked that an Dr could ridicule one of his patients. He acted like a bully. I would never recommend this doctor. There was absolutely NO compassion. There was also no thought to consider to treat his clients with kid gloves regardless of their age.

He was objective and thorough

Dr. Manilla is the best! Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He is all around amazing. Best ENT in Hagerstown. I would fly across the states to visit my ENT. Kudos to Dr. Manilla!!

Did online checking. both nurse and Dr. Manilla wear masks. Always answers my concerns . Very happy with his staff and the doctor.

10 minute wait time. Had to wear a mask. Receptionist was very courteous and professional. Dr Manilla was in very quickly after a short visit with his nurse. Both were very cordial, prompt, and professional. Dr Manilla asked all the right questions and got history since last visit. He answered all my questions. I had a very pleasant visit and checked out. All the staff I came in contact with were very pleasant and professional.

I had my septum straightened and turbinate reduction surgery six weeks ago. Stop watching those Youtube videos and get the operation! I can smell things in my yard I haven's smelled in 20 years. I can finally sleep at night without having to find just the right spot so I could partially breathe through my nose.

He didn't even look in my ears with a instrument. I'm so angry. He argued with me about a chronic condition and basically did nothing in 2 visits. I'm suffering horribly and he couldn't have cared less.

As always great service. Dr. Manilla understands what a patient needs. Love the friendly atmosphere at the office too.

Dr Manilla was very attentive in listening to my medical conditions and immediately took care of them. His demeaner and assertiveness gave me more confidence in his ability as a physician. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT physician definitely the best.

Dr Manilla is very through and quick. He takes his time to listen. He explains things clearly in a manner you can understand.

It was great. Dr. Manilla always listens to all my concerns and issues. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Facility always clean and bright.

Went for a first visit for assessment. Bedside manner poor. Without informed consent, put tube down nose that caused lingering pain afterwards. Imagine my surprise when I got billed for surgical procedure for extra $150 out of pocket I wasn’t expecting beyond the copay I was expecting. Looking for another doctor to treat the allergies I apparently have. Don’t trust this doctor. The charges anger me because procedure was not discussed and agreed to.

This Dr is super????????very thorough and explains his procedures and diagnosis well.
