Dr. Brian Paff, DO

I have seen Dr. Paff a number of times for injections. While they are unpleasant, Dr. Paff makes it as easy as possible. I highly recommend him for any hand issues.

I have been treated and doctoring with Dr. Paff for 5 months, following a bad elbow dislocation and break in September. I found him to always be kind, compassionate, encouraging, knowledgeable, and took time to explain things to me when I did not understand something. He, along with the entire office, always ran on time, I never waited more than 5 minutes at any of my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Paff. He would be my number one choice should I ever need this type of care in the future.

Timely appointment

He has taken care of two of my kids’ broken thumbs and we have been very happy with the care.

Dr. Paff performed trigger finger surgery on my right index finger about a week and a half ago. He was very punctual and I was in and out of the office in about a hour. I experienced little post pain taking over the counter pain meds as recommended. Had post checkup today and healing is right on schedule and I have full use of my finger/hand. He even called me a few days following the procedure to check on my progress. He is very experienced, skilled, and personable as is his entire staff. I highly recommend him.

Dr.Paff is an excellent medical provider. He listens to your medical needs and provides very knowledgeable feed back. After an injection in my shoulder for rotator cuff issues, it’s starting to feel much better. Thank you!

He explained things to my 12 year old son in a way he could understand, provided different options with the reasoning behind them and let him participate in the decision with educated guidance. My son felt like he had a choice which made it easier for him to handle all of the things that he would be missing while his arm heals.

Dr Paff treats me as an individual, not another number. Great bedside manner, eye contact, and answers questions throughly. 99% of the time I don’t have to wait for my appointment but when I did, his MA & he both apologized and did not seem rushed to get to another patient. I’ve utilized Dr Paff’s services for 5 years now. In 2018 he performed a total reverse shoulder replacement on me. Now I’m having the other shoulder treated till I’m no longer able to tolerate the discomfort. When the time comes, I will not hesitate for Dr Paff to perform the other shoulder replacement. I’ve referred acquaintances to Shoreline Orthopedics and they have also been very pleased with their joint replacements!

I had to wait quite a while to get an appointment with the office but finally got in a few weeks earlier on the cancellation list. I felt that he explained everything very well and did a x-ray to confirm that I had not broken my elbow. Very happy with his care
