Dr. Brian Snyders, DO

Dr Snyders cares about his patients and is very experienced with holistic medicine. However, getting prescriptions filled and scheduling appointments with his terrible front desk staff is the reason for the low review. Overall, I wouldn't waste my time with this office.

Dr. Snyders saw my 90+ year old mom. While I appreciated his pleasant manner and he seemed caring, he appeared unwilling to actually examine my mother. He wasn't entirely unhelpful, but it was disturbing to me that it was impossible to make an appt without scheduling weeks in advance and unavailable by phone. His nurse was his intermediary and she was unpleasant, insulting, and presumed to provide medical advice when I was seeking THE DOCTOR'S advice. Also the caregiver of anyone with dementia should beware of any doctor affiliated with hospice as Dr. Snyders is, if your loved one still desires medical care and especially of they have no diagnosed illness other than dementia as you are agreeing to no further medical care other than "comfort" care, meaning only pain relief, essentially.

I loved him and his easy going ways. He was not working fridays and I had out of town issues on 2 fridays with my fathers recent heart surgery and needed my pain meds filled. Had to go to another clinic so it violated my contract and they dropped me. No if's, ands or but's. Not interested in discussion. They had a policy that no other provider in the office could fill the prescription so what should I have done? I still love him as a person and miss him.

Dr. Snyders has had my back for ten years now. I value his expertise and advice entirely. I was being forced to change insurance plans. None of my Drs. or specialists were on it. I found another. Dr. Snyders knows my issues and I trust his judgment. We've discussed various options for some of my issues, as I also stay involved with my health. I also judge other Drs. staffs by Dr. Snyders, as his is so efficient. Even my wife now goes to Prairie Family Medicine

The best Doctor in Kootenai County. I have been a patient and worked with him on a professional level. If you are looking for a Doctor with integrity and someone that really cares, he is the guy!!!

Dr. Snyders has always been very kind & understanding. He is down to earth & non-judgmental in our, right or wrong, choices. He supports & guides us to the outcomes that are best for us. His family have had their heartbreak, they use this to help others. He can empathize with our challenges in life. We love the relaxed atmosphere in the office, the staff are at attentive & somehow keep everything straight-with a smile. :)
