Demonstrate professionalism, he took time to explain my mom conditions and labs, use picture for her. I was very impressed how he demonstrated compassion, understandings, and excellent listener; I feel he is genuine with his patient care. A+

I was not satisfied with my current Primary Care Doctor so I did some research and found good reviews for Dr Reyes. I also liked the online appointment booking. So I made the change in my insurance HMO. The first time I needed an appointment was for a cold, I went online, selected the "first visit" option and was given an appointment a few days out. The afternoon before the appointment I received a call saying they were canceling the appointment because they don't do first visits on that day (even though I selected that option in their system). By that point, I really needed to get medicine for the cold and they refused to see me until later the following week. The office personnel was cold as ice. They suggested I go to the ER for the cold. That is not practical with most insurance plans these days. The Doctor may be wonderful but, with that kind of service, it's not worth finding out. I changed back to my old doctor.

Dr. Reyes is very kind and professional. He took the time to listen, and ask proper questions about my medical history and current health issues. He helped me get referrals to get the care I needed and was honestly heartfelt in what he does. He provided me with knowledge and information about every aspect of my conditions. I would highly recommend him.
