Dr Hersh is awesome. He became my favorite doctor after telling me he believed me (with regards to all the medical issues I've been through). He helped me with my RA pain, and also referred me to another doctor for something unrelated, that he noticed and was concerned about. He's very charming and professional.

Dr. Hersh is the best. He's very knowledgeable, takes time with me to explain the problem and what surgical procedure needs to be performed. Very compassionate and caring. Nice personality, too.

Dr. Hersh did my hand surgery and even though what he found when he got in there wasn't what he anticipated, he handled it expertly. his bedside manner was excellent, I healed well and can barely see my scar at this point. I would highly recommend him. In fact, I now need another surgery and went right back to him for this one too.

Avoid this doctor, he is the epitome of a quack. He writes prescriptions for medicines which aren't even made, then tells the pharmacy to just change it. So I've spent my day first at the hospital, then hours driving back and forth to get a prescription for pain after surgery, only to have the pharmacist tell me that the medicine doesn't exist the way he wrote it. It's sad when the pharmacist and their staff say the doctor has an attitude and they don't even want to deal with him. Just avoid!
