Love Dr. Haller
Dr. Haller is wonderful. She was very communicative and explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Dr. Haller was willing to try other routes of treatment rather than just prescribe medicines to my kids. She went out of her way to get answers and opinions from other doctors & specialists when questions still remained after testing. I feel very comfortable knowing my kids are getting great care from her.

Cold
Cold and not kid friendly. Both at an appointment and for our endoscopy appointment she just spoke about her vacation and how she wouldn’t be available to speak. Never heard a word after the confirmation of celiac and any time I call it’s a wonderful Nurse practitioner who calls back

I don’t usually leave reviews but she was so rude.
She was so rude to me and my daughter and when my daughter left she said to me, “mommy I do not like that lady” she made me feel like I was a dumb person, rather than a caring and proactive mom.

Dr. Haller Not very Friendly
Dr. Haller was very short with my daughter. My daughter is a very social 4 yr old and Dr. Haller just wanted to get her out of her face. When my Husband and I told Dr. Haller that our daughter was having severe Stomach pain she never bothered to inform me about what would be causing the pain. She just said the pain should not be happening and acted as if we were lying about the pain. Overall Dr. Haller does not follow up with her patients care, she does not seem to be concerned when the symptoms of her Patients are not clear cut or are unexplainable. And instead of attempting to help figure out what is wrong she just ignores your calls and then eventually if that doesn't work she will basically tell you to go see someone else. Not a good Dr,,,,,,,Especially for one who works with kids.

Hard NO!Not worthy of stars! Absolutely Horrible!!
I really don't like leaving reviews but this has to be said! I still cannot believe this person is in Pediatrics of all things!! If you want a heartless medical "professional" who never once addresses your child...(her PATIENT!) and has the audacity to toss her head back and roll her eyes because you aren't answering questions in her mechanical fashion fast enough while you're child is laying in a hospital for days getting test after test with no answers and you're on no sleep the whole time..then she's for you. NOT ME OR MY CHILD! So Gross! I should have reported her but who would do anything anyway.

If I had the option to choose ZERO stars, I would. I drove over 2 hours with my 7-year-old daughter to visit with Ms. Haller for the very first time. I was in front of the building and when I called the operator, she provided me another location to the office. As I drove, I decided to call again and another operator indicated I was at the correct address. I return and now I am 30 minutes late to my daughter's first appointment. I explain the situation to the receptionist who understood. When she told Dr. Haller that I arrived, Dr. Haller stated that she was not going to see my daughter because we were 30 minutes late. I could not believe that Dr. Haller turned away my 7-year-old daughter who was suffering with stomach pain all because her operators' provided me the wrong office address. I was completely shocked and disgusted with her response and lack of understanding and empathy. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. ABSOLUTELY Not. I will never return.

Horrible. Doesn't call patients to let them know she canceled then lies about calling and leaving a message. You sit on hold for an hour before you even start speaking to someone and even then they don't know what they are doing half the time. Couldn't tell me the reaction on my face was from medication SHE prescribed me for my crohn's disease until I mentioned it a second time, then she told me it might've been the medicine. Horrible overall thinks she knows everything when she clearly doesn't, I've been in pain for months and she couldn't find time to see me but blamed me for the pain because I don't take take care of it when she never asked to see me so ow would she know. Seems to be offended when you question anything about her or what she's going to be doing. She shouldn't be a doctor

Dr Haller has been my daughter’s doctor for the past eight years. She is a true professional and is always available to answer any questions we have . My daughter has Crohn’s disease and I am so grateful to Dr Haller for her expertise and guidance throughout the years. She always takes the time to talk to my daughter and make sure she understands the plan of care. I have full confidence in her advice and highly recommend her as a wonderful person and doctor.

In short we brought our newborn in to see her a few weeks ago after our son was extremely fussy, crying 12-14 hours at at time and just completely miserable. She shut us down without hearing all his symptoms and told us he was fine and said he was just gassy. It turned out he had a milk protein allergy and was tested and confirmed by another Pediatric gastro. She should have listened to us instead of thinking she knew more than we did. My son would have been even more sick had I believed her!

She is terrible! Kept pushing to do an endoscopy and a colonoscopy on a baby because she was losing weight on formula. When I asked to switch formulas to see if that helps, she said no. She didn't tell me the results of the stool test which was paramount to solving my baby's weight loss problem. I saw 3 other specialists after that who all laughter at her inexperience. I switched formulas, baby is thriving, no need for invasive scopes. Stay away from this doctor!
