Dr B. N the staff are great. Just remember it is a lot of info n we are hearing it for the first time. You say it 10-20xs a day perhaps slow your roll a bit

Dr. Blackwood was decisive, clear and instructive. He talked extremely fast - too fast.The reception team had two chances, but failed, to send me to a spine specialist (not a hip and knee doctor that Dr. Blackwood is) so he did a great job for a “wrong” patient.

I had a total knee replacement on my right knee several years ago, now I will be having this done on my left knee. This appointment was to determine if I should do this now rather than later. While there were options given to me that could possibly help, I eventually would knee a knee replacement so I chose to do this now. Dr Blackwood is knowledgeable, thorough in his explanations and listens to your own opinions as well. He did my right knee and I recovered easily and I would not choose anyone else to do this surgery for me. He’s an excellent surgeon.

Dr Blackwood was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, patient friendly, and answered all questions. He immediately helped me with my knee problem and put me on a plan that will help me quickly! Thank you so much. The whole staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful.

I had a knee replacement And am very happy with results

I went to see Dr Blackwood because I’d severe pain in my right knee. The whole staff is welcoming. Dr. Blackwood wasted no time in assessing the state of my knees. Then he discussed my options. I am very pleased with with my care.

My left knee was replaced by a nationally known orthopedic knee practice in ski country. I was never really happy with it (no robotic assist for greater accuracy), so for my right knee I am so glad I switched to Dr. Blackwood.

The office staff was ready for me when I arrived. Dr Blackwood was in to see me within 5 minutes of my returning from x-ray. He has a friendly, approachable bedside manner and made sure all of my questions were answered. He told me my knee still has some miles left before I need surgery and I appreciated his honesty. He came highly recommended and I understand why. This was one of the best and most efficient office calls I have ever had. Thanks Dr. Blackwood

We chatted and then wished each other a Marry Christmas, and I wished him a Happy Birthday!

In office x-ray and exam followed with immobilizer splint and found stat MRI services in town for same day.. Returning home to Wyoming unsure of next steps or timeline of treatment by separate provider.

VeryPrompt visit that I did not have to wait. Looked at my X-rays and injected my knee with little discomfort.

The results from the surgery is what stood out. 13 weeks out, I am close to 100%. The ergonomics of my knee function is spectacular. I owe this to the great surgical experience and being all in the physical therapy. You want this gentleman to do your surgery on your knee.

Dr. Blackwood and his team are awesome! Always helpful, always positive and always there to help along the way. I can’t recommend them enough.

Thanks Dr. Blackwood for giving an old guy the mobility that I had 20 years ago. Dr. Blackwood replaced both of my knees and I am simply amazed at my ability to hike and ski. I will always remember his fine work.
