My husband, who has been a patient of Dr Orrs for over 12 years saw her recently for bronchitis. She gave him several prescriptions and two days later he was in the ER. They admitted him to the hospital with pneumonia and he was kept there for 2 days. Two days after being released, he called Dr Orrs office three times to speak to or leave a message for her because his pneumonia seemed to be getting worse. It was a Friday and he was told he couldn’t be seen until Monday. He told them he just wanted to speak to her to find out if what he was going through was normal or if he should go back to the hospital. He never received a call back. I guess it being Friday, the Dr was eager to start her weekend and too bad if you have a serious case of pneumonia or anything else. We are looking for a new Dr.

We went for a checkup , my daughter was having trouble with her lungs/coughing. She went to do a Covid test , as she put the swab in her nose where her nose ring was, it irritated my daughters nose. Her hand was on the back of my daughters neck while swabbing, she tried to pull back and pushed her hand back. Dr Orr said, don’t hit me! Seriously? She said it in a way that was obnoxious and completely unprofessional. My daughter defended herself, saying I did not hit you. I have never encountered a situation more strange. I was sitting right there. How does a professional doctor dramatize a situation and make a patient feel so uncomfortable to the point that she walked out in tears. We will NEVER be back. There have been other uncomfortable office visits that I’ve learned to deal with, but this is where I draw the line in the sand. Time to move on!

I had bee seeing her for approx 8 years. i missed 2 appointments both for extreme reasons, Reasons that I would not stop in the middle of to call. One was medical as an employee was rushed out of my business and the other I was ill with the flu which she saw me 2 days prior. i slept through my alarm. And today I was told I was BANNED from not just her but from ALL AHG doctors. Seriously, I will take myself and family to someone who cares about patients. Not the person I will trust with myhealth

Went to the office who already advised me that I only needed to bring my driver's license. When I got there the receptionist stated that I needed a blue Cross Blue Shield card with Orr's name on the back to signify that she was my primary care physician. This was never stated to me over the phone and the receptionist caught an attitude with me about not having the insurance card with Orr's name on it. Would never recommend this unprofessional office to anyone.
