Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Song requires you pay upfront for all services. They then tell you that they will file for insurance and will reimburse you once they get paid. As of today, THIS HASN’T HAPPENED YET. I have called 3 times trying to get them to file for insurance. As of today, they said they will get it filed. We will see. Due to the problems getting reimbursed, I will not be going back.

Recommends fungus medication, lotion that he sells and Medicare will not reimburse. Medicare denied one of his claims so I had to pay out of pocket for something they would normally pay for. Ended up paying nearly $300 for uncovered items! I have never had this experience anywhere else. I will say that he is usually punctual and his office staff are very nice.

Dr. Song resolved my ingrown toenail with minimal discomfort. The morning after the procedure all I took was ibuprofen for the pain. The results the next morning were stunning and I was pain-free within 3 days. Other people warned me that it is a painful procedure, but Dr. Song's technique allowed me to be back to cycling within 5 days. As a bonus his bedside manner is excellent. I highly recommend him.

He recommended a surgery on my sons ankle that was not needed. The second opinion stated my sons foot was perfectly healthly. Even the $800 orthotics he recommended we unnecessary. I can’t believe he would put a child in pain for no reason

His first response to a toenail with fungus was to put me on a drug "that may damage your liver". Uh, NOPE.

Sadly, I allowed this Doctor to do multiple surgeries to repair my feet and still having issues. I found out when I finally decided to get a second opinion that he should have done something different on the toe that I am having a lot of issues with. I really wanted to like this Doctor and his staff, however, they are not about the patient; rather they are for whatever money they can get. Yes, they definitely all about their bottom line. They actually measure the bandages they give you!!

He viewed x-ray, said HE WILL NOT remove bone spur on big toe as both cracked yrs ago and have arthritis. He would fuse both big toe bones. Fusing will interfere with walking, normal life & I'm a dancer. Only bone spur is bothering me. I was anxious to get out of his office. I used ice and Mobic for a week plus and have virtually no pain. If toe with the spur feels achy or tender, I use clay ice pack top and bottom of both feet and on bone spur, vibrator massaging same; not directly on spur

There is a strong language barrier. He is quick to recommend chargeable options. When asked for your own patient medical records, they will not provide your images without a steep fee (even for the first CD). They seem to think that those records are not the patient's and are only for the Dr. When scheduling a second opinion elsewhere, they were not helpful in reducing the patient's radiation exposure.
