Dr. Edmond Pack, MD

I saw Dr Pack after an emergency room visit for ovarian cyst. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my condition. He preformed surgery in early November of 2023 and it was a very easy experience. He was able to save my ovaries and I had a better recovery then my previous experience of this surgery that was done for the same thing in Scottsdale. I would recommend his care.

Always enjoy seeing Dr Pack, he puts you at ease with his friendly professional manner. He is very attentive, hears what you are saying. I highly recommend him.

I would give him zero stars if I could. He delivered my baby in January because he was the doctor on call at the office I go to. Every time he came into the room he acted like I was disturbing his whole life because my sons head was not coming down after hours of pushing. He was so annoyed and rough with me. He left me traumatized from labor and crying for over an hour. Good thing I had amazing nurses because he was the worse doctor of my three deliveries.

The messages left with the billing and office admins go unanswered, Dr. Pack talks over you and does not listen to what you need to say, and then bills you improperly based on what he decides to listen to. His office staff are quite cold and rude, and lord help you if there is an issue after your appointment because you are only a dollar sign to them.

Dr. Pack delivered my baby in May 2018 and I couldn't have been happier with how well he did everything. He was able to calm me down, walk me through pushing when my body was ready to, and just overall was extremely nice.

He is amazing and so is his staff! They have been nothing but good to me. Ive only seen him twice and im recovering from surgery today! Less than a month after being referred to him

Very unprofessional discussing personal info in front of staff. Threatened to black list us if we go to another OBGYN. Staff is lazy and uncooperative.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor for many reasons, one is I had a Hysterscopic myosure and it failed; I still had fabroids a month later in the same sports. He misdiagnosed me with andymyosis and freaked me out for months until another doctor told me I didn't have it. Lastly. and the after care was a horrifying experience. I bled for 2 weeks, left him multiple calls but no returns from his or his secretary and he gave me 7 days worth of pain pills do deal with it. His office staff very rude.

My doctor is friends with Dr. Pack and thats the only reason I considered going back to him after being berated and bullied by his office staffMelvina over my previous yelp review about his office staff lack of consideration, nor their willingness to help. She claimed she spoke to my insurance and they told her claim wasn't paid when in fact she didn't! the claim was adjusted and paid. She was interrogating me about seeing different OBGYN, told me he was doing me a favor(like its free)

He is a good doctor with good education and a decent experience. However, office staff are doing him a discourtesy by not caring about his patients. They never return calls, they don't do the referrals on time. Just an all around a hassle to go there.
