Dr. Gamal Eltabbakh, MD

This man saved my life. Some people don't like how straightforward he is, but I personally appreciate it. Especially when it comes to life and death.

Dr. Eltabbakh is a highly skilled surgeon. His technical skills are wonderful. The people who work for him are very good and quite efficient. He only needs to improve a few things to be truly excellent. He does NOT follow certain proper procedures that can cause a lot of problems for his patients. He does not listen well. He does not give handouts to patients after performing a procedure so you don't know what to do. I developed a possibly life-threatening infection because they wouldn't listen

I am disabled. Other cancer doctors seemed more interested in finding an excuse to deny me treatment because of my disability. Not Dr. Eltababakh! He is caring, capable, and determined to fight cancer. I only wish I had found him sooner. I would have been spared a lot of stress. I encourage any woman looking for a gynecologic oncologist (especially any woman facing any sort of discrimination) to make an appointment with Dr. Eltabbakh.

I knew from my very first appointment with Dr. Eltabbakh that he was the doc for me! I scheduled my hysterectomy with him that day because I knew I was in great hands! His bedside manner is kind and compassionate and I feel very fortunate that he did my surgery.

Very considerate. Answered all my questions in a way I could understand not too many medical terms. Scheduled very quickly for surgery because timing was important for my condition. I could get in touch with a nurse if I had any problems after my surgery. Dr Eltabbakh called me himself at home after surgery to see how I was even on a weekend and scheduled my follow up visit. Very thoughtful

It can be scary to see a new doctor. However, after meeting him the first time, I trusted his abilities 110 percent. That?s why when I needed another surgery, it was a no brainer for me as to who I wanted to do it. I value his opinion and trust in his experience and knowledge when it comes to my GYN care.

He is very thorough in his explanations, and also very sensitive in some very trying times. All aspects of each visit have been transacted in an efficient, smooth, thorough, and competent manner. All questions were quite nicely answered, and it made this difficult time as pleasant as possible. Would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Gamal Eltabbakh has been an Obstetrician & Gynecologist for many years. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate with your personal health needs. He thoroughly explained all my options and did not pressure me into making any hasty decisions. After further review, my best option was to have the surgery. He consistently showed concern about me being comfortable at every point during the hysterectomy process, from the initial exam and patiently explaining my options from least invasive to most, to allowing my early release from hospital after surgery for proper healing at home.
