Excellent Doctor!
Dr Cheng was able to detect early cancer cells in a pap previously done by her. She performed a leap procedure and then followed up with D&C in the hospitals O.R. She explained everything in detail and was kind and passionate. Very knowledgeable in her field! Her bedside manner was great! She moved to another clinic years ago and I lost touch, but now that I know where she is, I'll definitely make my apples with her! She is caring and concerned about her patients and their health.

I had the WORST experience with this doctor. She performed an HSG and she barely spoke to me before getting right to it and throughout was barking orders and getting increasinly hostile because I was pulling away BECAUSE I was in so much pain I nearly passed out. Then when it was done she just swanned out of the room though I was as I said close to passing out, leaving the nurse to both take care of me AND explain what the Xray said. She would should work on cadavers not humans.

I made an appointment with Dr. Cheng specifically for a pap.She performed the procedure and was told I would get my results in 7-10 business days. A month later, still no results, and finally spoke with Dr. Cheng.She basically said it hasn't been 3 years since my last pap, so she didn't send to lab for testing!She denies performing a pap and tells me I wasn't explicit that I needed it! She hangs up on me and didn't try to resolve the issue in a professional manner. Please do not see this doctor!

Dr Cheng was the rotating Dr while delivering my 1st baby. She wouldn't show up when we requested her presence many times, she could not diagnose why our baby was coming down because she showed up at the 11th hour. She actually told us she would have had her baby hours ago.our c-section report she made was so vague that we have no idea what she did (my abs were cut not pulled) nor what our options are for birthing baby #2. worst 1st delivery experience ever thanks to Dr. Cheng. No bedside manner
