Wonderful Christian doctor!
My appointment was today and I needed to tell people just what a good doctor Dr. Dawson is. She has cared for me for years. Im 70 years old and she is keeping me well and alive! The staff at Dr Dawson's office make you feel like family. Sweet, helpful and caring!

dr. dawson is a great attentive doctor
dr. dawson made me feel very comfortable during my visit and she wasted no time getting straight to helping with what i had been fighting with on my own and unsuccessfully self medicating myself just dying for relief and a way out.. I am thankful to put away all my ideas of self medicating failure and do things her way...

HORRIBLE
If I could leave a zero I would. My appointment was at 9:30 was not called back until 10:45 and did not leave until 12:15. She came in and asked if I was a Christian which is none of her business and since I have tattoos I am a bad person. SHe told me that I needed to seek God and start praying and all my problems would disappear. Robin the nurse was very rude to me . She left the room to go do something with the front desk which I heard her yelling at them. That should be done when there are no patients in the office. She is very unprofessional . The only good thing is the girls out front. They were amazing. Very friendly,nice and easy to talk to. I dont know how they can work for such a rude Dr. I wont be back and will let everyone I know not to go there .

Extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance, and even got a text message confirming the appointment. The day of it, I got a phone call telling me the appointment was cancelled because the doctor was not accepting new patients.

Dr. Dawson is an ACTUAL, honest to God physician. She saw ME & my health as an entire Person. Scalp to toe, has helped me tremendously. She doesn't fool around and put on ares like most doctors. She is a straight shooter and a Godsend. I am so ridiculously happy to have found her!

Private Practice, Great experience.
Dr Dawson and her staff were as friendly as can be. It's so refreshing to find a doctor, post Covid insanity, that diagnoses and treats you with respect and logic. I'm so thankful that I found Liberty Doctors group.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My appointment was at 2:30. I was not called back until 4:00. I was nervously awaiting an injection since I have a fear of needles. As I was sitting there, Dr. Heather Dawson suggested that based on my looks (tattooed latino male) I should seek prayer and introduce myself to God. This was absolutely inappropriate. Her professional medical opinion should not include anything about religion. After I informed her I do not pray, She became angry and stormed out the office. Extremely unprofessional and there are consequences to such actions from a medical professional.

Reception took for ever. Nurses aide never finished the intake and went to go see the next patient. Then when the doctor came in she had to ask me all the same questions. Then she talked to be about religion for about 20 min. If i wanted to talk about religion i would have gone to church. I paid for blood work and they never drew my blood. Worst experience ever. I will never visit this doctor again.

Dr. Dawson and her team were very friendly and professional when I went there for the first time today. The doctor and all of her staff took the time to explain things to me and I felt very comfortable and happy I made the choice to come see her. I experienced the worst service with her receptionist Katie. She was very very rude and left a nasty voicemail on my phone. this was regarding some urgent medical records that I needed faxed to me. The worst customer service I've had EVER at a doctors office. I will Never go to Dr. Dawson's office while Katie is still working there. POINT BLANK the receptionist is the reason I will never go back

Fantastic Doc, in a great location near the Charleston airport. Dr. Dawson was able to see me on the same day I called, which I was extremely grateful for. Staff was nice, and I didn't feel rushed throughout the visit. I've had visits at other doctors offices in the past where I wonder why I paid over $200 to be seen for 5 minutes. I will definitely come back.
