Dismissed me Entirely
Telehealth
I couldn't get an urgent care appt for ear pain/pressure and a possible sinus infection because they were at capacity so I signed up for telehealth and got assigned Dr Levin. She looked through my history, saw that I had visited for a possible ear infection 6 months earlier and it wasn't infected and immediately dismissed my ear pain like it didn't exist. If she had looked closer she would have seen I have eustachian tube dysfunction and it was very full just not infected, and steroids were given, she cut me off when I tried to explain that. She went down a list of things to do and I told her I was already doing all of them. So she prescribed me antibiotics ?? By then I was on the verge of tears and couldn't bring myself to bring up steroids for the ear pain so I guess I just get to suffer because I'm not using antibiotics if I don't need them

Poor Manners
Doctor made me feel dumb for even coming to see her. Didn't know anything about my condition, suggested things I had already told her I tried, was vaguely accusatory of me being drug seeking when I just wanted some answers. Left feeling much worse emotionally than when I came in. Waste of my time.

Had too many bad experiences with Dr Levin and felt a review was necessary. If you are not in tip top shape and have any type of mental health issues you're trying to deal with, stay clear of her. I have on numerous occasions felt judged, mortified and ashamed after leaving. The last straw was my last appointment where I left crying for gaining weight and struggling with anxiety and depression. She rolled her eyes several times and huffed and puffed through this appointment.
