Dr. Kim did a colonoscopy on me 2017 which had come back normal. I started having chronic diarrhea, and abdominal pain for at least a month. So I went to see him Jan. 2020. He did not do an exam of any kind and did not run any tests. When I told him my symptoms he said I am going to put you on an antibiotic because I think you have an overgrowth of bacteria. I said I did not think that was the case because I had been an antibiotic for months for an eye infection and had taken probiotics afterwards. He said then that I had colitis and wanted me to take Balsalizide for 6 weeks and to call him if I did not get better and left the room. On the way out I asked him what caused colitis and he said no one knows. After 6 weeks I had not seen any improvement so I called back and his nurse called back and said he wanted to put me on a steroid, Budesonide. I said I would like some tests done to see if this is colitis or something to do with my pancreas, and how my liver is doing taking thi

I was in the hospital for a few months on and off and they could not figure out what was wrong with me. But after two tests that Dr. Kim scheduled it finally came back I had a non functioning gal bladder. I've never had a doctor explain things to me so much like he did. I am a year out of surgery and have never felt better and this wouldn't of ever happened if Dr. Kim didn't step in and try it out. Not only did he figure out what's wrong he also got me into appointments within only a few days!
