He is the most caring doctor and seeks to find the source of the pain and not just put a bandaid on it. He’s very compassionate, caring, smart, educational and always up to date on new treatments. HE’S THE BEST!!

He is always very pleasant. He’s very informative and understanding to the individual needs of me. I’m sure he’s that way with all. He’s staff is very engaging to the patient. I’ve feel very comfortable and cared for when I’m there.

Dr Thacker is one of the kindest, intelligent physicians I have ever encountered. He has given me quality of life back and I will forever be grateful for this doctor and his staff.

Dr.Thacker is amazing he really tries to help and makes you feel like you’re not just another number. The majority of the staff is awesome. The blonde nurse wasn’t very friendly. She kept her back to me the whole time, was very short with me. I could tell she really didn’t care what I was saying. The worst one is the office manager. I had issues with my insurance. She kept preaching to me that I need to look at my statements from the insurance etc. then come to find out she was over charging me and getting paid from my insurance!!!! This went on for MONTHS!!! Then if it couldn’t get worse she tried not to give me my money back. Said that I could just use it for my copays!!! This was a decent amount of money I could use on other bills. She never apologized for basically telling me to educate myself when in fact she was the uneducated one! I found out in the waiting room that she was the doctors wife. Which explains a lot. Other than that/her I love my experience.

Kind, Listens, takes action My fav nurse Sharlyn (sp?) Is genuinely precious to me and most all staff are so kind.

I have been a patient here for several years He and his staff are the best of the best When I go there its not like any office visit I have ever gone too and I've been in a lot of them in the years.When I leave all my questions are always answered and I have been treated with respect and loving kindness. Its like I've spent time with true family? I have read a lot of these reviews and I have never seen anything like some say .He has gone the extra mile with me and father Thank you painmanagement employees for being there for me.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Thacker for the past few years now and coming to him has literally changed my life for the better. As someone who has multiple spinal issues, my options prior to coming to the good doc were a spinal fusion or basically suffer. I did the latter for 15 years or so before finding Dr. Thacker. Since I have been under his and his staffs care, my issues are more manageable, I feel cared for. They don’t just stack up the waiting room and run you in and out. They spend time with you, and actually listen to what’s going on with you. Then they make some really great recommendations on nutrition and supplements and pretty much any good thing that can help. They don’t just treat your pain, they treat all the underlying conditions that cause it. If you’re suffering, I would highly recommend you make a appointment and see for yourself.

Dr.Thacker went over my MRI in great detail no other doctor has done that.His whole staff made me feel so comfortable,I've never felt so at ease in a doctor's office like that.

Thacker is probably the most thorough specialist who manages to go above and beyond any other physician . He is unmatched in his knowledge, ability to read your imagery and use it to find a treatment plan to help you. I have been in treatment with osteoarthritis and spondylosis for 20 plus years. This man can help you

Dr. Thacker is by far, one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is very caring, and consistently recommends solutions for my pain. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him highly! Dr. Thacker also keeps up with the latest information on pain management. I trust him completely.

Has a great staff they make you feel like part of the Thacker family. The only problem I have with the whole practice is 1 person she is the dark haired girl that’s ex army. She’s so busy trying to run everything she doesn’t take care of who she’s with. She’s very hateful smart elicit I hate when she waits on me. The last visit this is a week later she hasn’t sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy yet!! Enough said thank you.

Dr.Thacker is great and the majority of the staff is amazing except for the b. nurse. She is very rude and cut me off every time I tried to tell her what was going on. She kept making sarcastic comments to a lot of what I was saying. I also heard her talking about another patient unkindly in the hallway. Very unprofessional. Other that those experiences it’s a great office.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Thacker! I like that he takes time with you and answers any and all questions you may have. I totally trust him to advise me how to treat and live with my condition. I am totally satisfied with Dr. Thacker, and don’t believe I could find anyone as good as he is!

Dr Thanked is an A-ONE Dr. He takes time to listen to his patients & he cares for each patient based upon their individual needs. All the nurses are wonderful as well. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the lady in the back doing the billing is one of the most hatefullest lady I've ever had to deal with... Also I would LOVE to be able to do the BioTe treatment I truly wished they had something for extremely low income ppl like myself so we'd be able to take advantage of this... ??

Very knowledgeable physician who looks at the whole picture & develops the best plan of care based on each individuals needs. He is compassionate & respects patients' autonomy. He really is a patient-first Dr. & seems to always do what is in your best interest. We have a great physician -patient relationship. He has treated me for pain & other issues.I am a non-narcotic patient. I hope sharing my experience will help someone else bc so many people are quick to leave a negative review.

BioTe assessment and treatment: Dr. Thacker took a full blood panel to assess my current condition (vitamin level, thyroid, testosterone, etc.). I began the BioTe program 10 months ago. I was very fit before I began BioTe but I would get fatigued in the afternoons and has trouble staying focused. I had joint discomfort (from aggressive cross fit exercise) and probably needed a little libido boost. At 56 years old I now am super fit, no joint pain and feel like a 30 year old in the bedroom ;).

Awesome doctor!!!! He cares!!!!
