Very good pain treatment
Waiting time was minimal. Nurses were professional. I fell asleep and woke up seem like minutes. They were getting me dressed and back in my ride. Going home.

Great Pain Doc with fantastic staff
Surgical Prep nurse was exceptional. Can’t thank Dr Cossgrove and the staff for all they do. I’ve had 22 spinal surgeries to date. They worked extra hard to get a specialized pain procedure approved.

Treatment. Ablation
Dr Cosgrove ‘s treatment was very professional and successful. Communication of the pain clinic to answer patient calls and questions was inefficient and poor relative to upcoming treatment.

Very happy with the Dr.
Having to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time before being taken to pre-op, then waiting another hour before my procedure seemed like a huge waste of time. Girls on the check in desk weren't very efficient. Alexis was excellent in getting me ready for the procedure, she gets the IV started on the first try and is friendly and courteous.

It would be nice to see Dr. Cosgrove during appointment visits and not only when he’s performing my injections. His nurse is nice Katie, but I would like to see Dr. Cosgrove because I have questions that require answers from the doctor.

The Great Cosgrove and Wonderful Betsy
I usually do my injections at The Pain Clinic simply because it is efficient. My only negative about using The Pain Clinic instead of Crestwood is that I usually do not get to speak to Dr Cosgrove. At Crestwood he comes in before the procedure and speaks with me for a couple of minutes.

My Review of Dr. Cosgrove
Dr. Cosgrove is a competent physician, but I believe it’s essential for doctors to meet with their patients at least once every six months. As a doctor of aerospace engineering, I make it a priority to regularly connect with anyone directly involved in my work. While I recommend Dr. Cosgrove for his expertise, I do take issue with the lack of periodic personal interaction with his patients.Sent from my iPhone

Pain Prevention
I've been dealing with Tennessee Valley Pain Center for over 15 years and I have to say that the team is great. Dr Cosgrove took me over from Dr Roberts and he has stepped in and been just as effective and attentive on making sure I am taking care of on my pain preventive needs. I have to also give thumbs up to Cosgrove team for being supportive and attentive on my monthly or bi-monthly appts
