Excellent Bed Side Manner
Dr. Berkes has been my doctor since my liver transplant a year ago. He’s a great listener, well versed and a true professional of his craft. He provides a level of comfort and compassion that I have from very few physicians. I would and do recommend Dr. Berkes to anyone who is in need of fair and focused care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Berkes since 2019. I was apprehensive about a liver transplant at first, but after seeing him, I couldn’t wait. He does a great job of making you feel at ease and explaining each step of the process.I not only consider him a great doctor, but also a good friend. I could not possibly be treated any better than I have been these past couple of years than by Dr. Berkes and everyone at the Loyola Medical Center.

Dr Berkes was the first doctor after seeing three others that explained what was going on with me. He made me feel very comfortable I can't imagine going through this without him. He has a great sense of humor and is patient and answers all questions I have for him

Have seen Dr.Berkes two times. During my first visit, he explained my condition, how to treat it, other tests that need to be done and about my follow up in 4 weeks. The second visit he spent less than 3 minutes in the room with me and ordered more tests. It has been 6 months and no one from the office has contacted me regarding the results from the thousands of dollar in test he ordered.
