I had a very wide gold ring stuck on my finger, and my finger was turning blue. I went to the ER on Hillcrest and the doctors and nurses there quickly ascertained the scope of the problem. I had a wide ring that was thick, and it would not move. Using their creative skills the doctors and nurses were able to saw through the ring with an electric saw and save my finger. They were persistent, dedicated, creative, and have a fabulous bedside manner.

Well I will say that he is very rude and seems to not understand simple things but will talk down to you like he is better. He should sent back to school to learn how to talk to people and listen. If I could give him a negative I would

Dr. Passi was on call in the ER at BSWHeart Plano. My daughter was having severe chest pains after surgery a week before. Dr. Passi took time to review her history and when he found out she had Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy he got on his computer to see what type of pain meds he could give her without causing more problems with her MD. He took the time to to evaluate what meds he could and could not give her. Needless to say he prescribed the correct drugs that she could tolerate.

I saw Dr Passi at Heart Hospital of Plano ER. He came to room almost immediately and introduced himself and told me he would be taking care of me. He was very patient and thorough listening to my history and current symptoms. Dr Passi came in several times to update me on tests and results. He explained things in very understandable way. I felt like he treated me as if I were the only patient he had. I was very pleased with Dr Passi and my care.

On 3/19/2018 I took my 84 year father with congestive heart failure to Baylor Plano with pain and shortness of breath. Dr. Passi was the ER doctor. Dr. Passi took his time and did all sorts of tests and explained the results in detail to us and making sure we understood. He also answered all of our questions. Thank you Dr. Passi.

I agree ??% with the first review. This man is a total FOOL! He treated me with unmitigated disdain & a carelessness worthy of my time to write a complaint letter to the hospital. He should NOT be allowed to work in medicine. I thought he was the janitor, or an orderly showing me to my room until I asked the nurse "when will a doctor be in to see me? He was in & then out in 1 min. I pity anyone that has no option but him. Get a second opinion immediately after this hateful "Dr." treats you

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Passi?
Dr. Passi watched me in the ER. He was so overly confident in his education that he told me, "there is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with your heart". Wow! I was thrilled. A few months later and I am FINALLY diagnosed with a serious heart arrhythmia and sent for a pacemaker. I almost died 3 times. This fool made me feel like I was overreacting to a serious heart problem. The delay in treatment cost me was 8 months of my life. Don't trust his opinion. I am so sorry I had no choice but him.
