Dr Chalal is wonderful! Tried alternative treatment before surgery. I was in excruciating pain prior to surgery and within the first hour after surgery I felt no pain! He is caring and kind. Would highly recommend Dr Chalal.

I was referred to Dr. Chalal by a friend for a an injury to my right shoulder. Dr. Chalal was personable and extremely knowledgeable. He was not aggressive to recommend surgery and offered alternative options. I would highly recommend Dr. Chalal for all your orthopedic needs. The rest of my experience at this office was great as the front office girls were all amazing, friendly, and helpful.

I call this office for a second opinion. They are rude and CORRUPT WORKERS COMPENSATION OFFICE! I have a workplace injury and they literally told me I could not use them as a third opinion because my worker' compensation insurance company may need to use their office. ( I have utilized the 2nd opinion already with them, which this doctor says I need surgery) Told me I had no way to pay them, health insurance would not cover apt, I told them I already spoke to my health insurance. I also told them I could get a letter of protection, WC coordinato told me I was a liar and that was impossible. I also said I could pay cash......she again said you can't pay cash for it, the insurance carrier may need to use us at some point. ( BECAUSE THEY ARE CORRUPT) THEY WORK in kuhoots with WORKERS COMPENSATION insurance companies. I don't take this lightly, I have learned of the corrupt workers compensation system and this is one of those doctor's offices.

I went asking for an MRI. He offered me a cortisone shot after xrays. After 2-3 weeks I returned, took the shot and had the MRI-waited another week, then scheduled surgery the next week. I think it (The wait) was an insurance protocal. Surgery was at the outpatient surgical center on Linton and it was only yesterday but I am already doing better.

Dr Chalal repaired my torn rotator cuff several years ago. I was able to return to playing four wall handball in no time and continue to do so today. Dr Chalal is very professional, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and is always available to answer questions. My wife also had her shoulder repaired by Dr Chalal and enjoys full range of motion.

I have been going to Dr.Chalal for many years. I have followed him to every location he has moved (at least three). On my visit yesterday I felt that he was a bit rushed and could have been a bit more sensitive to my pain. However the office follow up with Liz was wonderful.

Dr. Chalal is extremely unprofessional and negligent with his patients. Dispite his terrible reviews, I went to him because I hand no choice. Work Comp. sent there. From the start it was clear he didn't care about my well being. He played down my injuries and denied me treatment. In the end he told me to go back to work even though my injuries haven't heald. He even refused to prescribe me an anti inflammatory cream for pain to so insurance didn't have to pay for it. Shame on you Dr. Chalal

Dr. Chalal is a professional in the truest sense of the word. His diagnostic skills are superb and he takes the time to thoroughly explain his findings. He has my full faith and trust. Doctor Chalal does not rush his patients. He understands apprehension and any possible fear. I wholeheartedly recommend this skilled practitioner. Dr. Joseph Chalal is what a physician should be - - he took his oath and honors it.

Dr. Chalal was very attentive to my situation as I did not have full extension of my left leg after having ACL reconstructive surgery a year ago by a surgeon in Broward County. He was completely straight forward with me letting me know that if I didn't get full extension, it would continue to hinder my workouts and further injure my hips. Dr. Chalal showed me daily exercises I needed to implement over the next 6 months to correct. It's been two weeks and I already feel a difference!
