Dr Gladsjo his an exceptionally talented surgeon. She performed Mohs surgery on my head for squamous cell carcinoma and got all of it on the first try. The entire procedure was painless even though I had several stitches internal and external. All follow up appointments had almost no wait time. I feel extremely fortunate to have her and her entire staff as my dermatologist. There is no scar! Amazing talent and a even nicer person. I did a lot of research before finding West Dermatology Encinitas and I am absolutely thrilled to have her and the rest of her staff taking care of me. Dr. Gladsjo has done two surgeries on me and one of them was right next to my nose. She not only makes the process of surgery painless but she makes the result, even with many stiches, invisible once it heals. She is a fantastic physician. Highly recommend her and her practice.
