Caring, helpful, effective pain physician
I found Dr Vigil after years of ineffective pain treatment from other pain specialists. I treasure this caring doctor who listens & really tries to help you. He does NOT assume all women are just complainers who want attention or drugs but are not really suffering. He offers treatment options that actually help reduce your pain and increase your quality of life. He is a rare treasure with NO stereotypes about complaining women who don’t really have bad pain! My pain treatments vary but do reduce or eliminate my pain, at least for awhile (disk problems are difficult to prove and treat). He tries things until he finds the best treatment. Although some patients are merely drug seekers, he doesn’t assume every women is a drug seeker or hypochondriac. Most staff are sweet and helpful, especially his nurse assistant. His longtime procedure nurses are wonderful and provide quality care during various procedures requiring either sedation and/or imaging. I’m so grateful I found him!

I had fallen from 2 foot step to a concrete sidewalk and injured my left knee. He gave me a injection in the knee with a steroid that was simple, and quickly and efficiently done. Needed no Anesthesia as the pain from the injection was minimal. It worked wonderfully. I am pain free and have no after effects from the procedure. Would highly recommend Dr. Vigil to anyone looking for relief for injuries or other problems with their back or neck. He is marvelous! I have several friends that have since gone to him and found him both gentle and compassionate and his PA was also Excellent. They thanked me for the recommendation to see him and they are feeling so much better now.

Best staff and Dr.s – Apr 20, 2020

I go once a month to see Dr Vigil or his PA. I’m so impressed with Dr Vigil and PA Gonzalez. They always explain what’s changed and why my pain has probably changed or increased. They keep me in the loop about what the CDC is deciding for patients and how it applies to me. Both men are gentle when examining me and do as much as possible to keep me going. I’m 70 so a new set of parameters apply to me than did a few years ago. I have all the faith in the world that he and his staff are doing their utmost to help keep me mobile and in as little pain as they reasonably can. I could not imagine going to anyone else.

I have several crushed disks and suffer a great deal of pain but I can honestly say Dr Vigil Has found the perfect non narcotic solution to my pain so that I continue to work and can be productive. The radio frequency treatments I receive my spine have made a world of difference. I don't know that I would be able to walk properly or still be in the work force if it wasn't for him. His nurse Roxanne is the best.

if I could leave a -5 I would he punctured my wife spinal cord for epidurals was is a hurry to get to a event, my wife said she didn't feel right as they rushed her out the door I called repeatedly was told if I call again I would not be answered. They changed her medical records she now has drop foot and had numerous surgeries and lives in constraint pain. His nurse Lori is worthless, he just pumps you up on pain pills can goes on to the next person.
