A compassionate doctor who actually listens to her
After 4 years os seeing Dr. Koulova at Goshen Medical, I had to switch from this doctor who may have saved my life but has a major communication problem and rates with me less than one star. I switched to Dr. Lesley Stead and have been seeing her for 5 years. She is right on target medically, compassionate, listens and takes suggestions from her patients. (I'm an RN). I am crushed that she has relocated to another office ot of the county which unfortauntely I cannot get to conventiently. After 5 years with Dr. Stead I now consider her a friend. Even when I started with another doctor, Dr. Stead responded to my messages on the practice's port and has helped me in my transition. Would give her 10 stars if I could.

neglect by the office of dr stead.
Terrible experience by office staff regarding the provision of authorization of medication. The Dr is kind and gentle, but her office staff and specifically the person responsible for authorization(Joan) is neglectful and rude. Never getting back to you and simply neglecting life saving and time sensitive authorization of medication. Unfortunately will leave the office due to neglect by the dr's staff. I have given it many months a try but at this point my health is at risk due to a neglectful office. Will go further to the office of the profession and possibly to my Lawyer.

Not helpful
My husband had an appointment with her after the results of a test she had him take she just suggested increasing his iron but never addressed any other results of that test and what other steps needed to be taken. Not helpful at all and he had to go see someone else.

No follow up for results, no follow up to remind about needed treatments. Will not recommend- does not seem to have a handle on any patient follow up or communication.
