She is not warm and friendly. However, she is straight forward, answers questions clearly and adapts her explanations to the level of her patients’ understanding. The PA whi works with her is excellent.

She seems like a smart person but doesn't take issues seriously or move fast enough for treatment. It's important to treat RA aggressively in the early stages but she doesn't give patients an option and takes a really conservative approach. In this office you see the NP more than your actual doc and if both are out and you call in, nothing happens. Also get nasty messages from them that I will receive a $50 fee if I don't make my appointment even though I've never missed one and am always early.
