The epitome of competent and compassionate care!
Dr. Chug is thorough, knowledgeable, attentive, patient and a great communicator. He and everyone in his office provide compassionate care. His staff/team are number one, in my book. When I first saw Dr. Chug, I was recovering from COVID when I went into respiratory failure. He listened to me, helped me understand everything I needed to and told me right away what was wrong with me. He explained that I had long COVID and diagnosed a rare condition that I had and began treatment immediately. F/U testing proved him to be correct. I really believe the care Dr. Chug gave me may have saved my life or at least lengthened it. I can never thank him enough. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a pulmonologist aimed and lengthening and improving their patient's quality of life.

I wouldn’t even give him a star if I could. He’s a Dr. who lacks bedside manners. He’s rude. He hung up on me when I asked for an update about a family member’s condition.

Over the past 3 years I have been through the ringer trying to figure out what was causing my excessive daytime sleepiness and sleep attacks, from psychologists who told me I was depressed to people telling me I was just lazy, I finally ended up in the care of Dr. Chug. Under his care I was finally diagnosed narcolepsy, and I cannot say enough great things about him. He listens, and he cares - and he is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the best level of care. I would HIGHLY recommend him to all.

Dr. Chug has been my doctor for the past two years and I couldn’t find a better and friendly doctor in Houston. His thoroughly examination led to my diagnosis. Despite I didn’t want to receive treatment, he took the time to explain me all the benefits of the treatment to me and also he draw in a didactic way my problem so I can understand it, after treatment my life changed completely and I feel wonderful. Dr. Chug cares for you and your quality of life, he’s a brilliant Doctor.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Chug. I received an email and text yesterday confirming my appointment today. When I arrived at the office, I did not have an appointment. I scheduled the appointment online and according to the office staff the online appointment and office do not communicate. There should be a disclaimer online to advise prospective patients. I had to make arrangements to get there and pay for parking FOR NOTHING!
