I am a new patient of Dr. Picone who was recommended by my GP. Having had high blood pressure controlled by medication, I sought more extensive review of my vascular health. I find Dr. Picone to be supported by excellent staff who work well as a team and each are interested in me as a patient and offer great explanation. Dr. Picone is direct and thorough about current condition, options and future outcomes. I am satisfied with all aspects of the Vein Center from scheduling and follow-up.

The entire staff from the front desk to the medical technician and nurse practitioner were so friendly and helpful. Dr. Picone was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions and putting the wheels in motion for my upcoming procedures. I couldn't be happier that I chose Dr. Picone many years ago for my cardiologist.

Dr. Picone diagnosed a blood clot in my husband’s leg last July. He successfully removed it and has since been treating him. We think he saved my husband’s life. We think Dr. Picone is a great physician. He and all the staff at Austin Heart are the best. We would recommend them.

I had open heart surgery in 2018 and had complications. I feel that I was very lucky to have had Dr. Picone in attendance during my surgery, and I will be forever thankful for their attentiveness and responsiveness. I received exceptional care from Dr. Picone, and his staff as well, in my recovery since the surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Picone's for nearly 10 years and highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in their health! When you need a doctor who can handle the most important health decisions in your life, I can't recommend a better doctor or, just as importantly, a better person than Dr. Picone. I first met Dr. Picone in the early hours of a spring morning when I suffered a heart attack. I encourage everyone else to take a different path and meet him before that happens to you!
