Horrible experience with this doctor. No empathy, lack of compassion, lack of professionalism, does not do what she says she will do, always saying she is too busy and doesn’t have time when a patient needs her. Horrible treatment of elderly patients. I had to fight for my mother. At one point, I literally had to chase her down the back stairs to get her attention and again she just gave me that I'm so busy, I'm so busy .... She should be ashamed to call herself a doctor. This woman is a terrible person. she took care of my mother in the hospital at Yavapai Regional Medical Center West. She has a TERRIBLE bed side manner and a biased towards the unvaccinated. Mom was a severe asthmatic and very overweight and had gotten sick and they said she had Covid, I told them as her daughter and medical power of attorney, NOT to give her Remdevisir infusion as she was 10 days into being ill and that medicine is being proven very harmful, they gave it to her anyhow, and when I finally spoke to her she was upset they did not tell her what I said, the doctor was very rude to my mother and berated her for being unvaccinated and literally told her she was not going to get out of there, mom was devastated and told me that doctor stole her hope! My mom developed A-fib and renal failure all side effects of the infusion Remdeviser! She was stable on Tues and Weds and on thurs the doctor called and said she would not make it through the night. She died the 4th of Dec.
