Dr. Michael Wiebel, MD

Dr. Wiebel is the absolute best doctor in Texas...maybe even the U.S.!! I had gone to multiple doctors, emergency rooms, specialists, etc. after being sick for a year and DR. Wiebel is the ONLY doctor that listened to me and actually knew how to treat me! He genuinely cares about his patients too!! I would give him a million stars if I could. I feel like he saved my life!

I saw him for a very specific sinus issue which he recommended allergy testing/shots (for the next 2 years!). When I asked him specifically if allergy shots would address my issues he said it definitely would. I did not feel confident in his diagnosis/treatment so I saw another ENT in Dallas, Dr. Presley Mock. Almost immediately during my 1st appt Dr. Mock indicated I had a deviated septum & nasal polyps, Dr. Wiebel NEVER mentioned this when he did the exact same examination nor did he suggest doing imaging for a definitive diagnosis. Dr. Mock recommended a course of treatment, imaging, etc., which eventually resulted in me having sinus surgery about a month ago. In his words he said I was a "poster child for this type of surgery" & once fully recovered I would feel like a new person & have significant relief. At no time did Dr. Wiebel indicate anything related to the diagnosis I received from Dr. Mock. I can not recommend Dr. Wiebel due to his lack of comprehensive treatment/diagnosis

Dr. Wiebel performed sinus surgery on my son about 2.5 years ago. A few months ago, he started having sinus issues again. I took him to see another group of ENTs and his doctor ordered a CT scan and informed me that one of his sinus cavities was missing an entire wall (surgically removed) and this would cause him to have problems for the rest of his life unless he had a revision surgery to repair it. I would not see this doctor for sinus surgery.

My wife has earwax buildup and Dr. Wiebel was very caring and gentle with her. She has Parkinson's and some dementia and he carefully explains to her what he is about to do. I would highly recommend Dr. Wiebel!

I was called the day before my appointment. The display showed a person's name whom I did not know so I did not answer the phone. When I checked my phone the answering machine was someone who said they were calling regarding my appointment today. I called the number, but all I got was an answering machine that did not state that they were from Dr. Wiebel's office. When I went to my appointment I was told that Dr. Wiebel did not accept Aetna. I checked on line with AETNA and it showed that Dr. Wiebel does take AETNA and is accepting new patients. Someone is asleep at the switch or just incompetent. Does he or doesn't he accept AETNA???

After going to my PCP twice for the same problem, I found Dr. Wiebel and finally got some relief of my symptoms. Dr. Wiebel is very personable, caring and he listens.

Dr Weable was very informative. He took the time to explain everything to us about my husband's condition. He had a very friendly easy manor about him. We highly recommend him!

Went to Dr Wieble for the first time today due to hearing loss. The staff was wonderful, and are wait time was non-existent. I had called several doctors in the area and Dr. Wieble was the only one that could see me right away. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the procedures to me as he went along. Needless to say, I was so impressed when he had my hearing restored in several minutes. I found the entire experience wonderful and I can honestly say I have found my permanent doctor.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Wiebel, he has been so helpful with all my allergy issues. Nicest Dr. I have every met, he listens to what your have to say and your concerns. Very personable and friendly! Great Dr!!

Dr. Wiebel is the most caring attentive Doctor you could ask for. He is very thorough and meticulous in his care. His bedside manner is genuine concern and caring for the wellbeing of his patients. His surgical procedures and follow up are excellent. He listens and truly hears your concerns. Everyone should be so lucky to have him as their doctor. Wish they were all like Dr. Wiebel.
