No call back - happened twice!
At my initial visit I was instructed to stop taking one of medications. After having side effects I called and left a message with the staff for the doctor. When I received no call back I started taking my medications as I previously was and my symptoms went away. A week later I still had no calm back. I called to inform them I was taking my medicine again and expressed concern that they never returned my call. I was told that they would pass the message on and have the doctor call me. Well once again I got zero calls back! I did receive a call shortly after my echo instructing me to change my medications once again (left on my voicemail) however I have no clue what it is they think I am taking anymore. I have zero trust in this office to know what is best for me.

He was the fourth heart dr i went about passing out episodes and he is the only one that did tests and found out the reason. It is called p.o.t.s. He was only one concerned about fast heart rate. God bless him. Staff could be friendlier.

I credit Dr Shah with saving my live when I flatlined back in 2003. He has been my cardiologist since then and has been great at having appropriate tests done as well as ongoing treatment of my HF & EF.

I have been seeing Dr. Cha for about 18 years now. He has been an intricate part of my treatment of high blood pressure and SVT. I am happy to report that my blood pressure has been under control for some time now and I haven’t had an SVT attack in years. He has an amazing staff and a patient portal that is so easy to use and they respond to my emails so quickly it amazes me every time. Theys do all their testing on site and is so relieving to know that him and his staff are right on top of my care. I really hope this helps you pick him as a provider.

Dr. Shah was very personable and took time out of the visit to explain to me what the symptoms were and meant. He really knows his medicine and made sure to prescribe the most reasonable treatment. His staff did a good job following up and he answered all the questions asked and explained everything thoroughly.

Dr. Shah is alright. His nurse is very nice, the office staff appear to be in conflict with one another. However the technician who did my test was horrible!!!! He was rude, unsympathetic , uncaring, and completely into himself. I don't know his name but you can't miss him. He has a very large disgusting handlebar mustache . Try to ask for someone else to do your tests.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Shah?
Dr. Shah mischaracterized what I said my symptoms were and he was dismissive of my concerns. He did not take my complaints seriously. In the course of our discussion, he made errors regarding my health history. He was personable and friendly, but I felt he did not really pay attention to what my symptoms actually are .
