I like this doctor but I just can’t tolerate being unable to schedule an appointment. Have been trying to get an appointment for 2 months to only be told that I would need to call back later or that I would be called back and that never happened. Once I finally made an appointment in which I showed up early for to complete my medical history prior to appointment time, I was told that I should not show up early before I could even tell them my reason for showing up early. I sort of thought things were off when I said good morning to the lady and all she said was… what’s your last name and then scolded me for being early. Hate that I won’t be able to see this doctor since he’s been treating me well for years but his front desk or appointment staff has finally and successfully driven me away. I wish you luck Doctor and am sorry that your staff has been and still is hurting your business. You can call and I will gladly tell you who your biggest problem is.

Every one on staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Charafeddine. He is so compassionate and caring. He had diagnosed my husband’s esophageal cancer 3 years ago and he spent several minutes during my visit to ask about him and express his sympathy about his passing. It meant so much to me. I have complete confidence in him and know that he will take my care personally. Besides being a great doctor, he is a kind and genuine person.

It’s been a pleasure having Dr. Charafeddine provide my gastrointestinal care. His team has worked with me and my family's needs for many years. His results are professionally proven and his team was very top notch in the process of surveying my condition and paying attention to the details of my medical concerns; as they checked with other medical professionals who are currently maintaining my health needs. All around excellent team work there.

Dr. Charafeddine is a good doctor. He cares about his patients and if he even remotely feels he is not equipped to handle an issue, he will refer you to someone he is sure will have the answer. I wish all doctors approached their jobs the way Dr. Charafeddine does.

I would recommend Dr. Charafddine, to family and friends he's friendly, kind, compassionate and really explains in terms you understand. And has an awesome staff, who are just as friendly and eager to take care of your needs and questions.
