I had an upper endoscopy/dilation of the esophagus done. Very simple procedure and totally painless. The Dr. called me about a week later to check on my condition. I found him very easy to talk with and ask questions.

Staff was impatient and unfriendly, terrible waiting room only a broken phone on the wall with no receptionist, The restroom was far away and you had to use a key. Pretty ridiculous when you have people all prepped for colonoscopies. The doctor was very arrogant, gave my results to my husband before I woke up. I will definitely not go back until anyone who's thinking about this doctor's office to go somewhere else. It felt like a colonoscopy mill.

The colon procedure done for the second time very impressed with his office staff and his work. Highly recommend them to anybody over 50 that’s ready for the visit.

I have worked with so many GI Doctors in my scope of nursing for over 15 yrs and I have never seen anyone so gentle with the technique and skills that Dr. Chaurasia has in scoping his patients. I have worked with his amazing staff and I hope for him to scope me when my colonoscopy screening time comes. I wouldn’t want any other GI Dr to scope me. Thats how much I trust him and his staff. Dont retire yet pls! lol

Dr. Chaurasia's staff were very professional, kind and efficient. The procedure went smoothly. Dr Chaurasia's attention was awesome. I felt very safe and confident that everything was going to go well. However, I am glad that I don't have to do this procedure for another five years.

Dr. Chaurasia is a good listener and Calm. The procedure was very quick and comfortable. Dr. Chaurasia helped me re do my Ivy very gently to stop the discomfortness. Nurse Bev was very kind and comforting. The greeter was a little questionable. Overall I had a great visit and procedure. The PREP needs to be revamped.

I had an execellent experience. The nurses were very thorough, friendly and explained their actions. The staff in the procedure room were very welcoming, also explained what they were doing. They followed up after the procedure to check if everything is ok. Highly recommend.
