The practice that provides care has added new physicians frequently. Dr. Pillai has been my physician for a short time. She is truly professional, calm and caring. She provides a thorough exam and is never rushed. On two occasions, when I have need emergency appointments, she has either met me in the office or referred me to someone in the practice who could see me that same day, if she was not in the office.(including Saturday) Each time, my problem was resolved successfully. The people working with her, providing the pre-exams have always been extraordinarily caring and competent. The front office personnel are also caring and work to get you help, as soon as possible, when an issue arises.
