Choose a different doctor! I spoke to Steven at Dr. Gulsrud's office to make a quick and simple appointment. I had a quick and simple question (which I asked politely and calmly, of course) about making a note on my account. Steven lost his patience, raised his voice, and hung up the phone on me out of nowhere. When I called back to speak to a manager, I was informed that there isn't one, and that Dr. Gulsrud doesn't have an email, voicemail, or any direct means of communication. Horrible customer service. I cancelled my appointment. Stay away from this doctor and his disrespectful staff!

This is my concern for anyone youthful going to see Dr. Gulsrud. Or anyone with any psychiatric issues that take multiple medications. He immediately judges based off of medications and gives up easily. He seems like he's better for the elderly. --- His staff are very friendly. But Gulsrud.. What an injustice to health providers.
